Manoj is a seasoned trading and financial technology leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing advanced trading systems across equities, options and futures markets. As a Partner at CastlePoint, he leads and spearheads initiatives that integrate quantitative research with robust algorithmic trading strategies, driving innovation and efficiency in the firm's trading operations.
Before launching CastlePoint, Manoj worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Con Edison in New York, where he employed machine learning models to solve business problems which improved overall efficiency and augmented revenues. Prior to that, he worked as a Derivatives Strategist at ICICI Securities, dealing with equities markets in India. Earlier in his career, Manoj spent four years at Edelweiss Proprietary Trading Desk as a volatility trader.
Manoj holds a Master's Degree in Financial Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he cultivated a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and data science.

Nikhil is Partner & Co-Founder at CastlePoint, where he leads the firm’s research, strategy development, and automated trading systems across Indian and U.S. equity and options markets. He has developed and refined systematic options strategies tailored to exploit market inefficiencies in shifting volatility regimes.
Before launching CastlePoint, Nikhil worked as a Quantitative Analyst within market risk at Bank of America and Wells Fargo in New York, where he helped develop tools for risk monitoring and hedging. Previously, Nikhil worked as a Data Engineer in Equities Algorithmic Trading at UBS, contributing to the build-out of trading analytics engines. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the Mortgage Backed Securities trading desk at Sumitomo Mistui Trust Bank.
Nikhil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master's Degree in Financial Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
